Rachael is a graduate of the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland where she trained as an Opera Singer. Since graduating she has had a portfolio career as a Singer, Producer and Fundraiser, working for over a decade throughout the UK with companies including Scottish Opera, Opera Holland Park and Paisley Opera. 

She has been working in development and fundraising for the past five years, growing income streams, cultivating donor relationships and managing grant applications, with a variety of arts charities. 

Rachael is a Trustee on the McOpera Board and founded the Conservatoires UK Student Network. She has a passion for fair access and representation in the arts, which she still continues to campaign for.
