  • Young Carer Creative Makers

    Young Carer Creative Makers

In school holidays, we run creative workshops for young carers in Barnsley, Huddersfield and Wakefield in partnership with Barnardo’s. So far, 235 young carers have come together with us to connect, make art and eat.

£50 enables a young carer who has little or no access to the arts to take part in two days of free workshops in their hometown.

£100 provides 15 young carers with two healthy, nutritious meals during their workshops with us.

£150 will contribute towards 15 young carers attending a day workshop with an industry expert.

  • Woodhill Families Group

    Woodhill Families Group

Once a month, we facilitate therapeutic arts sessions for family members whose loved ones died in HMP Woodhill. These sessions are also used to steer our campaign for penal reform.

£50 enables a family member to attend a monthly session. This will cover travel to London, tube fair and a hot meal.

£100 will cover accommodation and breakfast for a family member who is attending training and advocacy events at The Houses of Parliament, Universities and other major institutions.

£150 enables a family member to attend three counselling sessions with a registered BACP therapist.

  • Artist Development

    Artist Development

We are proud to be empowering and nurturing the next generation of artists (aged 18-25) via a bespoke artist development programme in partnership with Harrow Arts Centre.

£50 will pay for resources (stationary, notebooks, props, costume) for young creatives to get making!

£100 will enable 13 young creatives to attend 1-2-1 mentorship sessions with LUNG’s core team.

£150 will contribute towards 13 young creatives attending an evening workshop with an industry expert
