Milla is a strategic and hands-on fundraiser with over a decade’s experience across the arts, heritage, and education sectors. She specialises in major giving, trust fundraising, and building sustainable fundraising systems rooted in the values of each organisation. Alongside in-house roles, she has supported a wide range of organisations as a consultant, often stepping in at moments of change or transition.

She has helped teams grow income, strengthen donor relationships, and embed long-term fundraising cultures. Based in Hove, she believes good fundraising is as much about care and connection as strategy. She’s particularly interested in storytelling, values-led work, and social change through the arts.
