Khai is a Muslim-Malay creative producer shaped by Singapore’s stages and London’s fringes. She has produced award-winning work such as Patricia Gets Ready (for a date with the man that used to hit her) by Martha Watson Allpress, and has toured internationally with Lighthouse by Hazel Lam. During the pandemic, Khai founded RUMAH, a platform celebrating diasporic joy and uplifting underrepresented voices.

In 2022, she was nominated for the Asian Women of Achievement Awards by NatWest. A recipient of both the Stage One Bursary and the MGCfutures Bursary, Khai has worked with organisations including Complicité, Brixton House, Hackney Empire, Spare Tyre, and In Good Company. She currently manages LUNG and Spymonkey, and serves as a Trustee for TRANSFORM Festival.
